You multiply theFirst, the Outsiders, the Insiders and the Last.

F: $(2 c) (c) = 2 c^{2}$ $(2c)(c)=2c^2$
O: $(2 c) (6) = 12 c$ $(2c)(6)=12c$
I: $(4) (c) = 4 c$ $(4)(c)=4c$
L: $(4) (6) = 24$ $(4)(6)=24$

Now, you add them:

$2 c^{2} + 16 c + 24$ $2c^2+16c+24$
