One method is to make one big radical, then simplify.

32x2y6320xy4=32x2y620x2y4

=340x3y10=385x3y9y=2xy335y

Or simplify first, then combine what's left and simplify again:

32x2y6320xy4=[y232x2][y320xy]

=y3340x3y=2xy335y.
