Well, you have to notice that 2=√2⋅√2
and rewrite as such:

√2⋅√2⋅√50√2

You can then cancel out a √2 both top and bottom and get
=√2⋅√50

Which is easy because the multiplication of square-roots is like the square-root of the multiplication, I mean:
√a⋅√b=√a⋅b
So we have:
=√2⋅50
=√100
=10
