Multiply everything in the right hand side (RHS) bracket by everything in the left hand side (LHS) bracket.

Note that the + from $+3y$ follows the $3y$ .

$color(brown)(color(blue)(8x)(2x-y)color(blue)(" "+3y)(2x-y)$ giving:
