I found: NO real solutions!

Explanation:

You may square both sides to get:
(sqrt(1-3x))^2=(-7)^2
1-3x=49
-3x=48
x=-16
checking it by substituting back into the original equation:
sqrt(1-3(-16))=-7
sqrt(49)=-7
7=-7 NOT TRUE!!!
