Probably there is an easier way but...
Find the equation through these two points:
(x-9)/(9-3)=(y-9)/(9-4)
(x-9)/6=(y-9)/5
5x-45=6y-54
6y=5x+9
y=5/6x+9/6
y=5/6x+3/2
Now:
x-intercept
Set y=0 so: x=-3/2×6/5=-9/5

y-intercept
Set x=0 so y=3/2
