To find y-inercept, make x = 0 -> y = -4

To find x-intercepts, make y = 0:

Solve quadratic equation: 9x^2 - 2x - 4 = 0

D = d^2 = 4 + 144 = 148 -> d = +-2sqr37

Two x-intercepts: x = 4/18 + (2sqr37)/18.

and x = 4/18 - (2sqr37)/18
