$(8)^(2^(-5/3)$

$(2m)^-6 =16 -> (2m)^6= 1/16$

$64 m^6 = 1/16$

$m^6= 1/1024= (1/2)^10=2^(-10)$

$m=2^(-5/3)$

Now $2^(3m)= 8^m=(8)^(2^(-5/3)$

If (2m)^(-6) = 16(2m)^(-6) = 16, what is the value of 2^(3m)2^(3m)?
